The product is a set of 40 preowned perm curlers/rods/rollers, made from plastic in red/yellow colours. These rollers are for professional hair perming. Despite being well used, they are still functional although some require bands and the existing bands will need replacing in the near future too, due to exposure to perm lotion. Included, is also an unopened pack of 10 flat rods with bands.
