Saturate hair thoroughly including underlayers of curls to evenly distribute. Air-dry, or dry using a diffuser. Shake well to combine formula. Apply to wet hair after washing and conditioning. New Color Wow “Naked Technology” feels weightless on the hair like no product is present!
