I bought the hair straighteners for a friend who's been having some issues with her job and I thought they would be a great way to help her relax and unwind after work.

The product itself is really high-quality, easy to use and leaves my hair feeling silky smooth afterwards.

However, what was disappointing was the extremely delayed delivery. The manufacturer had promised an estimated 2-3 day delivery but it took over a week for our order to arrive, despite multiple phone calls and emails to their customer service team asking when they would receive our package.

To be fair, I think this is understandable given Christmas sales and holiday traffic in general, which can make things busy at their warehouse. Still, as a customer, it was frustrating to not have my hair straighteners sooner.

Despite the delay, the straighteners themselves are well-made and easy to use - if you're in the market for some high-quality hair straighteners, I'd definitely recommend these.
