Use the Mask as the second step in the Absolut Repair routine: after Shampoo and before Oil. Apply 1 to 2 dosis of mask to washed and towel-dried hair, strand by strand starting at the nape. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes (to increase the relaxation-comfort effect, gather the strands on the top of the head and wrap them in a warm towel).
