I bought this wig for my first cosplay, and I have to say, it's been a great value for me. One thing that took some getting used to was the bangs on the front - they're curved in such a way that they tend to curl up and stick out in all directions when you first get it. However, after straightening them out, they seem much more manageable.

The base of the wig cap is covered in short hairs that can be a bit tricky to work with, but I didn't trim too much of it away because I was worried about visibility under my hair. The good news is that this didn't seem to cause any excessive hair fallout when brushing - just enough to keep things tidy.

I wore the wig for 11 hours on a hot day in a huge convention centre and it was surprisingly comfortable. However, I did start feeling quite headaches throughout the day, which may have been due to my own sensitivity or the stress of being at a crowded event.

I'm quite experienced with wigs and I have to say that this is probably the cheapest and one of the best I've tried from here. If you want it to be a sort of like daily wear thing, I'd suggest straightening it, which would definitely make the curls look unrealistic for me personally. The fringe on this wig is very long, so trimming it beforehand won't really make a difference if you're going for a cosplay look.

The parting on this wig is actually on one side, not the middle, and that's probably why I wouldn't recommend using it for a middle parting style. If you want to get a more traditional look, there are loads of YouTube tutorials showing how to style synthetic wigs. The parting itself does take up space, which may or may not be an issue depending on your personal preference.

I've found that this wig is surprisingly soft at first, but it's also very prone to shedding and matting, so you'll need to brush it regularly to keep it looking its best. You can try using a little bit of the manufacturer's product to help reduce tangles, or just be prepared to do some regular maintenance.

I've noticed that synthetic wigs from this brand tend to range in price from £5-£30 for a full wig, which is actually very affordable, but they do last longer than human hair wigs. In fact, I remember using my own human hair extensions once and they lasted me about two months before starting to fall out - that's what happened with this wig! Overall, if you're looking for something cheap and reliable, then this might be worth considering, just keep in mind it needs a bit more TLC than other wigs.

I'm thoroughly enjoying wearing it with other outfits and feels great with casual wear as well.
