I was really looking forward to getting my hands on some gorgeous hair, but unfortunately it's been a bit of a letdown. The quality has clearly been compromised, and I've received very thin strands that aren't even what I expected.

Not happy with the quantity either - I ordered 20" long in the hopes of having enough for my desired style, but the shorter length is just disappointing overall.

I've straightened their hair, curled them, cut them for layers, washed them multiple times and I'm not surprised they still feel incredibly soft - even without a heat protector. I don't use anything fancy with shampoo either, just a simple leave-in conditioner that's barely an extra penny. A good quality product from this brand is worth every bit of the £2 I spent on it, but I do use a hair extension brush for special occasions and sometimes they tangle around a hair bobble - but honestly, most of their hair lies flat against my head. I've found they're easy to style with my own hair too, so people can't even tell I have them in. Despite having choppy layers, I'm actually quite happy with how well they blend with my natural texture - and the best part is I only used 2 packs!
