Vintage Redken Velocity 5 minute Synchron-E Permanent Wave Perm 1988. Condition is New with box. Box does show signs of wear. While this item is new it is 32 years old. I view this as a collectible from days gone by. Perms were so big back then. I don’t know how safe or effective it would be to try to use this item now.
