This product is 40 very narrow perm rods, rollers, curlers made of plastic, each approximately 5mm in barrel size, making them ideal for creating intricate and tight curls. 11 of the rods have bands, but these will likely need replacing soon. These perm rods have been used a lot. They aren't pristine, but will still achieve the same results
