a job lot of minis 30 ml of the Weller professional perm service care a pre-treatment. all are brand new and unopened but they have been stored. they have come out of the Weller perm boxes and I haven't used them. the bottle show signs of being stored. one of them's got a little bit of a mark on any others. have got slight marks on. please see photos. nothing wrong with the products
